I got false reported by my mates twice now I’m banned for a month

There’s no point and there dosent need to be a stupid robot deciding on it PlayStation just get it unbanned and email me cos there is actually no point my email is Alfie.tranter1@icloud.com just why do I get banned when getting false reported?

 Unfortunately from what I have heard there don’t seem to much success in appealing a ban, I would be having strong words with your friends..

Also in addition to the above may I suggest you remove your private email address as this is public forum..
