model vgn-fz11z GPU problem NVIDIA 8400M GT

someone please help me! I have blue lines on my screen it's distorted at times but mainly has blue or red lines each and everytime I use it I upgraded to windows 7 home premium there was no problems for a good 6 months and now this problem has been going on for 2 months I tried installing drivers but I can never find one as it says it's not compatible please somebody help!

Hi helal7,

you may possibly have a problem with the Nvidia graphic chip. Sony has acknowledged that your model may be affected and, if this is the problem, will repair it free of charge within four years of purchase.
