Mouse to Mac

I would like to use my wireless vaio mouse wuth a macbook. Can anyone help me?

Only certain printers work even though they claim to work so I would imagine it would be the same for mice. When you roam for wireless devices and engage the connect on the mouse and it doesn't then ...it doesn't work. Try one of these
