Old sony vaio, restore factory settings

I am trying to sell my old sony vaio (model VPCCB15FG) but I need to restore my factory settings on if first. I can't seem to do it though as I can't remember my old admin password and it won't let me restore it without this. Is there any way around it?

Hi, when your Vaio is off try pressing the assist button. Pressing the assist button should launch Vaio care and allow you to restore your Vaio back to the original factory configuration.

Another option could be to try booting your Vaio into safe mode and run the Vaio recovery from there.

How can I resolve this issue. I am unable to use the Internet.
