So,I have Sony Vaio CR11SR\L
Also i have problems with this piece of metal.
And i'm glad to get any helpful advices.
1) Problem with sound card. When I use headphones dynamics work also. I tried to update drivers.
2)Scrolling line in TachPad stopped work. I tried to find any drivers or info about it- no result.
3)I am in panic, do not know how to turn on function VT ( virtualization technology). Bios in laptop has only 3 functions ( password,time,boot).

Have you changed the Operating System to Windows XP? If so, look at this thread about your sound problem: -

Unfortunately, you can't use VT on a VAIO - Sony do not support this feature and have disabled it in the BIOS.

I haven't chage my OS. Now I use Vista Home Premium.And earlier i haven't problem with sound...
I get information about VT. It's possible to turn it on. But I don't have enough exp ))))
