I have bought a FW21M Vaio a month ago.
I have written to Sony support , no answer.
The problem is that the Blu-ray burner does not work , it will not burn dvd or blu-ray , cd is no problem , and reading dvd ,cd and blu-ray is ok.
Now i have bought a Samsung dvd burner , changed the Sony(Panasonic) with this one , and see , no problem it burns dvd , so Sony , wake up , and accept that you have problems with your drives.
