Hi Everyone,
I have a sony vaio model VGN-BX 196 SP with windows XP SP3. I cannot use the keyboard to type as it is typing slash bars ///////////// automatically in the area where i need to type and it is making a poping sound also like ' tok tok tok .....'. Please kindly advise if i need to replace the keyboard or it's another problem. BTW never spilled anything on the keyboard etc and did not detect any virus.....
