I am so frustrated that when a VAIO update happens the little box appears in front of everything on the screen with a default option of restart now. When generally typing its so quick and not noticable so when pressing enter or space bar the machine does a dirty reboot and simply shuts down everything with no option to cancel (like when you shutdown Windows 7).
I have lost so much work, been disconnected from VOIP calls/Lync meetings for work, virtual machines turn off without clean shutdown because of this and its unacceptable. I understsand that i can disable updates which i have now done but why should i, if there is an update i generally dont mind it being applied but the default option should not be restart!!!
SONY - SORT IT OUT.
AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!
