My Sony Vaio VGN-FZ2348E has refused to boot up. The power light is flashing red, even though the power cable is in place. The battery light is flashing yellow. When switched on, the power light goes green and the HD light flickers but the screen remains blank. A small cursor is at the top right of the screen.
