My VAIO VPCYA26EC cant startup after showing its sign, I bought it in China. Now Im studying in the Middlesbrough, but I cant find any official sony supports! I have called many phone numbers here, but they constantly gave me another number to call, finally, I got the Sony public support, I have typed my serial number followed by the harsh key, but it constantly told me 'that is an invaluable entry, plz type ur first 8 serial number!'
I have typed, but still that is an invaluable.......Im going in crazy! it leads to my phone out of credit! What should I do?! How can I contact the local official sony support to help me reparing my laptop?!
