WLAN DRIVER DOESNT WORK

hello there,

i just formated my vaio vgn fz31L(not with the recovery programm stuff) and splitted it into 2 partitions. i installed the drivers from the sony website, but when i try to install the atheros wireless lan driver (7.2B-7.2.0.215), it just says, that this wouldn't be the right one... 😕 everything works, the ethernetdriver and all this stuff, but i don't get it with that wlan thing... 😞

Are you trying to install it on a Vista partition or an XP partition?

How are you trying to install the driver? You need to install it from Device Manager using the 'Have Disc' method.

Let us know what you have tried and we can probably help.
