What type of audio files can be bookmarked by NWZ-W273 when charging?

One thing I don't like about my beloved NWZ-W273 is that it doesn't remember where I am in my audiobooks when I have to charge it. But one day it seemed to remember where I was! Does anybody know what types of files that works for?

By the way, does anybody know exactly what types of files NWZ-W273 can play?

(*1) Copyright protected WMA files cannot be played back.

In regards to the bookmarks - i dont know im afraid.  You might want to contact Sony Support for that one.
