Sony tv 2018 model xf8305 stucks on sony logo...try to force factory reset but steel stuck

Can anyone help me pls !!!!

  • Sony logo stays on i can do anything
  • Try force factory reset unplug tv hold power and minus volume button together...when the green light comes i led go
  • After 2 hours im waiting nothing happens
