sony experia x not turning on

I'v had my sony Experia X for 8 months and woke up saturday to it not turning on properly when I turn it on goes to second sreen then goes black and turns off again i'v taken my SD card out incase it's that but no difference I have picture's of my 5 children on there . Can any one suggest anythink else

Hi @deana84, I am sorry to hear about this. 

Based on your description it sounds like your phone is stuck in a so called boot loop. As you already have tried starting the phone without a SD card mounted I would suggest that you also try to remove the SIM Card. If the phone restarts successfully after you remove the SIM card, your SIM card may be damaged and in need of replacement.

If none of these measures manages to get you past the boot screen I recommend that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. This will however erase all user data from the phone such as pictures, music, contacts, messages etc.

If the software repair doesn't help, contact your local support team in order to have the phone sent in to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

I have taken my sim card out and it hasn't made a difference   I will have to try the softwear repair
