Text messages notification sound problem

After last updating, when comes text message in my phone theres no sound. Everything good with calls, messenger and etc sounds,so what I should do?

Yes, working, I even did test.  I gave every sounds, but not when comes sms

are you getting notifications from other apps? 

are you using the preloaded messaging app? 

open the app > menu > settings > notifications > change the ringtone

The answer is yes for both your questions. And I had changed the rigtone and it didin't work

Could you test the phone in >>> safe mode ?

Now I'm in safe mode, and it still doesin't work. 😕

What if you clear the app data 

settings > apps > app info > select the app > storage > clear data > restart the phone
