Receintly my Experia E3 has been repaired by Sony assitance. Now my mobile does not even recognised the SD card I used to use before in it. I need hel please, my mobile is running out of memory

Have you tried another SD-card in your phone to see if same behaviour appear? Or perhaps, your current one in another phone?

You could also, backup your SD card to a PC and then format it and then test within the handset.
