Hi @Rafi5, welcome to our forum!
If you press and hold on an empty area on your home screen and then tap on "Settings" in the bottom right corner, you should have a setting called "Enable swipe-up". Disable this and the Apps icon will be back on your home screen.
When you enable this option, you will need to swipe up on your home screen to access your application drawer.
