Please enable VOLTE in Vivacom BG

Please enable VOLTE support for VIvacom Bulgaria. They have started their VOLTE service more than half year ago. They are selling Sony phone in their shops. Phones are in region "Customized CE1".  For XZ1 it's "1310-4294" code.

P.S. I know that the telecom company itself need to add support for the phone but I know that without Sony support from firmware side it would not happen too.

Thank you for your answer but it's not always needed operator customized firmware. (or it was like that before....)

Too much features of Android are cutted from Sony just like that and even the cheapest Huawei and Xiaomi phones support something which Sony's flagship doesn't. Too bad... I wiil think next time which will be the brand of my new phone...
