Xperia Tips not working

my xperia tips doesn't give suggestions , First tip coming soon .stay tuned!

I have my xz phone and run since 26/1/2016.

try this

settings>apps>show system>Xperia tips service>clear data/cache. restart device

then try to turn on/off the xperia tips on the settings

Same here it never worked and the funny thing is that I'm getting updates for it and nothing is changing.

How can someone mark it as a solution. No tips related to miss call or text. Using Xperia X Dual. No Xperia Tips Service in apps list (includes system apps).

I love Sony products

But this time bad experience 

My xperia xz 

No tips at all through xperia assist

It is only idea 💡 icon nothing more then that

Case open at Sony support but they close without giving any solution to me.
