Need Help!

My monthly plan can almost do anything browse the Web limitless play videos. And thing that really frustrate me. The videos on my Facebook will not play due to some errors. How do I fix this issue?

If you are connected through APN,remove proxy and port as it should help.

Thank you alexdon. Your awesome! If I may ask what is the purpose of proxy and port? And does it matter of your using 30, 4G, LTE or ZTE?

It is all related to the speed of the data.

There is 3G,3G+ which can go up to 42 Mbps for download as far as I know.

And 4G or LTE which can go up to 150 Mbps. (I am not sure I got the exact numbers).

If I am correct,through a proxy the network manages the traffic on the connection and maybe can modify some websites for your device.

Proxys have lots of different meanings and things it can do but in this instance a Proxy will let you surf the web anonymously, Proxies can provide you with a means to hide your home IP address from the rest of the world.

sir this is my story about my phone i bougth it at sm megamall at sony xperia at exact date february 1, 2015 my mom gave it to me as a birthday gift but i used to pay in credit card so monthly my mom send me a money just to pay my card and  then it was an accident that my dog pee on my phone ... and then i can't open the power is lost so i brouth it at sm megamall at sony experia then they say that the waranty not cope the problem of my phone so the girl said.. go to robinson's pioneer at memo express so they can check your phone then i went their but my problem is the result is not good the girl said my phone is already a dead phone because the board is alreadycorroded and shorted i dont have money yet and i want my phone back is there any solution about the waranty can u pls.... help me
