Please issue official Android OS upgrades for your Sony Z1, Z2 and Z3 mobiles phones and tablets.

This will me minimal cost to you and great value to your loyal customers.

It will enable and encourage your customers to pass on our old updated devices to family/friends and PURCHASE NEW DEVICES from you. Good for business, Good for the environment!!!!

Your coders have experimented with this in their spare time and have OS's ready for deployment. Please Implement the upgrades A.S.A.P. as we have waited too long ans some of us are turning to Samsung!

Released date Xperia:

Z1 2013 September        Android 5.1   (las update) 

Z2 2014 April                   Android 6.0 (last update)

Z3 2014 November         Android 6.0 (last update)

As you can see, it has been between 6-7 years since the phones were released, they had reached EoL, there's nothing that will be released on those models, also it might make them quite slow.

Not everything is bad news, you can check the XDA forum and look for Custom ROMs
