Have you got an example? You probably have no control over the aspect ratio for 4K streaming. However if Amazon allow a downgrade to HD switching, then aspect ratio may be available. The black bars are embedded in the video stream by Amazon, clearly Sony have no control over that.

What is the size of the picture, height and width, compared with the size of the screen, height and width?
