live TV on Itv hub

hi, i recently purchased a Bravia smart TV (non-android - model no KDL-32WE613) and i can't watch live TV within the ITV hub. i haven't got a working aerial so rely on the smart side of the TV. We also have a Roku stick which we used to use on our old TV and the version stamp of the ITV hub on that is way more recent than the version on the TV. Does anyone know why the live TV function doesn't work on the ITV hub, and why the version number is so far behind to "reality"?

Please check the firmware version of your 2017 model TV. I can see that the last update was in 2018 so you may have bought a TV that is not suitable for your needs, as all updates (including the ITV Hub) may be stuck in 2018.
