Hello,
ive had my TV for just over a week, all apps were working fine. Suddenly Netflix no longer wants to work, it will open load the profile page then crash out reverting to the last channel my tv was on. I’ve tried rebooting, I’ve tried accessing through menu settings, the main Netflix button doesn’t get it working neither. All other apps work fine. I’ve read up that factory reset may need to be done, I just don’t want to have to keep doing this, Netflix works on all my other TVs and devices.

I'll just see if I can find any help regarding this. In the meantime though, maybe another community member might have some ideas.
