unable to power up

KDL-55W755C Hi i am having problems turning on the tv it is plugged direct into wall socket and when i turn plug on and wait for a couple of minites it does not respond to the remote or the button on the back, i have to unplug the power lead and try again sometimes it will work sometimes have to wait about 20 minuates to get it to work.The eco mode is off, and latest update installed the tv will work fine if i leave the power on the plug over night but this is not always pratical. Thanks

Hi there

I would contact the retailer you purchased it from and use your warranty as it sounds like a hardware fault on the tv itself.

Thanks for the reply the tv has now been replaced by the retailer so hopefully this one will be ok,
