Internal Clock Battery for Sony FX -7e

Hi Everyone,

I have Sony FX 7e Camcorder, and the internal clock keeps resetting.

When I open the chamber, there was no internal battery.

I need to get one and replace it.     

Has anyone know what's the Battery model or reference number for the battery ?

Hi Chris, welcome to the Sony Forums

I'm afraid the FX7E's internal battery isn't accessible via a hatch or cover. The User Manual (p.3) instructs you to take the camera to an approved service centre if the battery needs changing.

Sony's customer service page is here. You can also ask at your local photographic retailer, who often have competent service departments.
