forgotten screen lock password

I have forgotten my screen lock password on my xperia e c1505 phone.Is there any way I can get past this or just fully reset my phone.

you can try to remember the password or repair your phone with SUS, doing so will delete everything on your phone

pictures, videos and music are not going to be deleted
