teletex/ red button

My teletex red button service has stopped working on my new bravia. is there a problem or is it with my tV. hELP AS MY WARRANTY IS RUNNING OUT.

I am unable to get Teletext on my Bravia set Model number KDL-42W653A although can get it ok on my other televisions.Can someone tell me how to start a new thread on here as seem unable to find the starting point.I am a new member so still finding my way around.Thanks.

Same here I am afraid . my teletex/ redbutton has re booted back into the new format but is still not working correctly. this points to it being something they are doing. The red button on the bravia is internet based I suspect whilst it is arial based on our other tvs.which may point it to being to do with the hack attack they suffered at the BBC.
