I was able to resolve the problem by luck.  I had recently installed a bass booster app by Desaxed Studios.  I uninstalled this app and the problem was fixed.

Question - does anyone know of a good bass booster app that does not conflict?

Thanks for your help.

I have a Z5 Premium.  Need help to correct this problem.  When I click on Sound and Notification > audio settings, I get the following message;

This function is not available because some other sound effect application is active in higher priority.  To enable the function, go to Settings > Sound > Music effects and enable Audio settings.

Advise best way to correct this so audio settings are functional again.

Thank you.
